- Location Data: GPS coordinates of your device during designated work hours
- Device Information: iPhone device name for identification purposes
Location Tracking Schedule
Location tracking is only active during the following work hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
No location data is collected outside of these hours or on Sundays.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Coordinating technician routes and job assignments
- Verifying service appointments and job completion
- Improving operational efficiency
- Ensuring employee safety during field work
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on our own physical servers. We do not use third-party cloud services for storing your location or device information. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
Data Retention
Location data and associated device information are retained for 30 days from the date of collection. After this period, the data is automatically deleted from our systems.
